No sound?

I have set up my LES Media Speakers and no sound is coming out. What do I do?

    If you are not receiving any sound the following items should be checked.

    First, check the red/green light for standby mode. If it’s red, push the volume knob down to toggle to normal operating mode. Then, check speaker cables to make sure they are connected properly. Also, be sure to check the input cables and that the volume control is turned up to a reasonable level. Lastly, you will want to make sure that your source's (iPod, etc.) output volume is turned up.

    If you have checked all of the following and still are not receiving any sound then you should contact Technical Support at (877) 655-4901.

    hello, Ive tried everything - What Ive discovered is no matter how much I push, my blinking red light will not turn to green. Close to giving up...

    Hello Ryan,

    Please give our technical support department a call at (877) 655-4901 so that they may further troubleshoot.  If the problem still persists then your call will be escalated for possible warranty return.  I do apologize for the trouble!

    After checking all the above listed items, you will also want to make sure you have removed the plastic insulated tips from the speaker interconnect cables.  If so, and you are still not hearing any sound from the speakers please contact technical support at (877) 655-4901.  If they cannot resolve the issue with you over the phone your case will be escalated for an RMA.

    In addition to failing to output any sound whatsoever (despite buying from an authorized dealer), the above tech support phone number is also inoperable.  I could not even get as far as hearing any rings.  Instead, I was immediately disconnected as soon as I was done dialing (I tried this 10 times).  Has your company gone out of business?
